Preheater

Preheater is the core equipment of the dry process cement production line. It makes full use of the enthalpy in the hot gas stream discharged by the rotary kiln and decomposing furnace to heat the raw material; the raw material and the hot gas stream take heat exchange to preheat the raw material and decompose part of the carbonate, and then the raw materials enter into the decomposition furnace or rotary kiln for continual heating and decomposition and are calcined into mature material; the air stream is separately discharged after the heat exchanging.

Preheater manuafcured in our company has been widely used in many production lines of different capacities in many countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia.
