High-efficiency concentrator is suitable for dehydrating the concentrate and tailings in the ore beneficiation plant and metallurgy, chemistry, coal, non-metallic dressing and environmental protection industry. It can improve pulp density from 20-30% to 40-70%. High-efficiency concentrator is not just settling equipment, but a new dehydrating machine combing the filtration property of the slurry.
Main Structure Characteristics of High Efficiency Concentrator
The concentrator consists of the body, transmission rake, driving device, steel bracket and cant board.
1) The body comprises the cylinder and cone. There is an overflow weir at the top and repairing platform on the roof.
2) Rake components: consisting of transmission shaft, rake, etc; mainly scraping the grout at the bottom to the discharging pipe.
3) Cant board components: the main factors to improve the speed of the depositing.
4) Brackets: as the supporter of the concentrator, it is made up of profile steels.
