The grinder mill is mainly composed of host machine, analysis machine, blower, finished cyclone separator, plumbing device, motor and other components. And the host machine consists of the rack, air inlet volute, perching knife, grinder roller, grinding ring, cover piece and motor. The auxiliary equipment of grinder mill includes the jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, cabinet, etc. Therefore, users can flexibly choose auxiliary equipments according to the site condition.

The grinder mill is widely used in the grinding process of mineral material in these fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemical and so on. According to the grinding fineness of material and the fineness of discharging material, the grinder mill can be divided into the following six types: raymond mill, vertical pendulum mill, high pressure hanging roller mill, high pressure powder mill, straight centrifugal grinder mill, super pressure trapezium mill and ring medium speed grinder mill.

The grinder mill has the features of stereo structure, small footprint, flexible configuration and independent production system. The fineness of its final products is uniform with the screening rate (more than 99%), which is difficult for other milling equipments to achieve. Its driving device adopts closed gear box and belt pulley. Besides, all the important parts of it are made of high-quality steel, and all wear-resistant parts are made of high-performance wear-resistance materials. So the grinder mill has the features of high wear resistance and reliable operation. What’s more, its electrical system adopts the centralized controlling method, so the milling workshop can realize unmanned operation, and the maintenance is more convenient.
