Four points that should be noted for ball mill using

In the using and maintenance process of energy-saving ball mill, we need to pay attention on the following four points: 

1. Keep the motor clean, timely adjust and tighten loose parts to prevent the wear being aggravated or leading to parts missing. 

2. Reasonably select lubricants. Regularly checks of the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, oil level and quality, and pay attention to the tightness of the whole machine. Meanwhile, we should strengthen energy-saving ball mill lubrication of lubrication points; it is recommended that in the run-in period, we should fill grease to lubrication points (except for special requirements) every week. 

3. Having passed the run-in period, we should keep force maintenance for the machine; take good inspection and adjustment work, while paying attention to fluid replacement. Ball mill is bulky with heavy weight, so that causes ground subsidence and displacement, therefore we need to set monitor point next to the foundation and take timely adjustment if occurs subsidence. 

4. If the balance shaft axis of ball mill and reducer are not in a straight line, it may be caused by the lack of secondary grouting when install mill linings, or anchor bolts are not fastened after secondary grouting. Approach: To re-adjust the machine so that the ball mill axis and the reducer axis are in the same plane.
