The rotary screen is composed by the screen cloth or the sieve plate, which can be used for continuous screen. The rotary sieve can be widely used for the separation of garbage in the sewage treatment process. In addition, the rotary screen can also be used for screening the dry powder or granular materials in the metallurgy, building materials, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, abrasives and fertilizers industry.

The rotary screen is composed by hexagonal drum, rack, funnel, reducer and motor. The materials to be crushed enter the drum. On one hand, the materials are screened by the centrifugal force of the rotation of the drum and jigging action. On the other hand, the materials with large particle size flow forward with the inclination of the drum and gradually being screened out by the sieve with different meshes. The materials with small particle size fall into the funnel. Then the materials are sent by people or they flow automatically to the finished heap.
